Marketing is central to every organisation and covers a wide range of specialised activities, including relationship management, market research, product development, strategy, and promotion, as well as managing people, resources and finance.

Marketers are responsible for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer wants and needs; for sorting out what the organisation does and how to do it: strategy, target, position, and plan.

We run courses leading to the Chartered Institute of Marketing's (CIM) qualifications – the Introductory Certificate, Certificate, Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma, and Charter Diploma; the Institute awards qualifications that anybody involved in marketing, at any level and in any capacity, can study.
