Marketing is a central activity in any organisation, and covers a wide range of specialised activities, for example, market research, product development, advertising, sales and promotion, as well as managing people, resources and finance. It is on the front line, responsible for identifying, anticipating and satisfying customer requirements; for sorting out what the company does and how to do it.

We run courses based on the Chartered Institute of Marketing's qualifications; the Institute awards qualifications that anybody involved in marketing, at any level and in any capacity, can study.
