Get In Touch

You can pay for your course in a variety of ways.

You can send payment with your enrolment form. This can be by credit card (but not American Express), debit card, cheque, international money order, postal order, bank draft, or in cash (but only UK pounds sent by a service that provides proof of delivery).

You can send a promise to pay with your enrolment from your employer or other similar organisation (such as a training company) which has agreed to pay your fees. This can come either as a purchase order or equivalent official letter promising to pay your fees and giving invoicing details. Please note we may require a trade reference.

If your employer (or other organisation paying your fees) operates an "approved supplier" scheme, it may be that we need to complete some paperwork for them before they will approve your course with us. Please remember to include any necessary paperwork with your enrolment.

We will accept bank transfers paid through BACS, but please contact us first before arranging one. Ask for Godfrey or Mike.

We issue VAT receipts and pro forma invoices on request.

Paying by instalments

You do not have to pay all of your course fees at once, but can pay by instalments.

If you enrol for two or more courses, you can spread your payments over six equal monthly instalments. There is an Administration fee of ?12 per course.

For example, if you wish to pay for two courses at ?180 each over six months, you would pay ?180 plus ?180 plus ?12 plus ?12 making ?384 in six instalments at ?64 each: you would then make a first payment of ?64 with your enrolment, and fill out a Banker’s Order form (which we provide) instructing your bank or building society to pay us a further ?64 each month for five months, or authorise us to use your credit/debit card.

We will send you a schedule after your first payment to let you know which course materials you will receive when – just as you pay us in stages, so we send your study material in stages.

Please note that any books, art materials, or exam board fees that we are paying on your behalf have to be paid in full at the start – we do not accept instalment payments for these.
