Enrolling on a Course
You can enrol on your course through this website. This is the quickest way to enrol if you are sure about what you want to do. Please note that we may still want to contact you afterwards to clarify details. Click here to begin your online enrolment.
Please also select to pay by credit or debit card if you can; paying by purchase order is an option which we are testing out at the moment.
Enrolling in other ways
You can also use the printed enrolment forms and follow the instructions in our information packs (which can be found on the downloads page), or you can contact us and enrol by phone, fax, or email. If you do enrol in this way (without filling out one of our forms), we will need to know:
- your full name,
- your existing Cheltenham Tutorial College student number, if you have one,
- a telephone number where we can contact you during the day,
- your home address,
- where to send your course materials (if this is different from your home address) – course materials are couriered and have to be signed for,
- about your job and qualifications, if relevant (this helps us check you’re doing the right course),
- that you’ve confirmed your exemptions if you are entitled to any,
- which courses you wish to take,
- whether you wish to have tutor support,
- that you know the current course fees and accept them (they are in our information packs), and
- your payment details.
You must also read our Conditions of Enrollment. We will need all of this information. Your course cannot begin until we’ve received your full enrolment and payment details.
